Q. How long do the cookies stay fresh?
A. Our cookies are home-made without preservatives. For this reason, they should be eaten within one week of receipt. They can be frozen and thawed to keep them fresher.
Q. Do your cookies contain nuts or other allergens?
A. We do have some flavors of cookies that include nuts. We cannot guarantee that the other flavors of cookies have not come in contact with a nut cookie in our baking facility. There are some ingredients in our cookies such as wheat, eggs and sugar that may be adverse to someone with an intolerance. All cookies are produced on shared equipment in contact with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy and wheat.
Q. Do you have sugar free cookies?
A. We have a diabetic friendly manitol based chocolate chip cookie.
Q. Can any of your products be customized?
A. We can design a gift to meet a particular theme or logo. Minimums may apply. Call our customer service department at 1-800-233-2171 to discuss your request.
Q. What size are your cookies?
A. Our regular cookies are 3 inches, mini cookies are two inches, and our bite sized cookies are one inch in diameter. Our cutout cookies will be three to four inches in size based on their shape.
Q. Are your cookies kosher?
A. Our cookies are not kosher.
Q. How do your bouquets look when they arrive?
A. Our bouquets arrive already assembled and will look just like they are presented on the website.
Q. Do cookies break when they are shipped?
A. Under normal circumstances, our cookies arrive crumble free. Our products are carefully packaged to withstand shipping.

Q. How can I place an order?
A. Orders can be easily and conveniently placed on our website. Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday 9:00 - 5:00 to answer questions or take an order at 1-800-233-2171.
Q. What happens after I place an order?
A. You will receive confirmation of your order at the time it is placed.
Q. How can I find out if my order has shipped or arrived?
A. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your gift ships. You can track your order on our website to see the status of your shipment as well as delivery date and time.
Q. Can I cancel an order?
A. You can call our customer service department at 1-800-233-2171 to cancel an order if it has not already shipped.

Shipping

Q. When will my order arrive?
A. You will have the opportunity to select a date for arrival at the time of your order. Please refer to the Shipping Information page for more detailed information on shipping.
Q. Do you deliver to hospital patients?
A. Yes, but we recommend that you ship the package to the patient's home or to a family member or friend that can take it to the hospital. This is for your protection. Our carriers must deliver to the mailroom or receiving department and the internal hospital staff distributes packages to patients. We cannot guarantee delivery to the patient, only to the mailroom or receiving department.
