The following information will help you select a shipping method. All products are shipped from Columbus, OH. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only. Therefore, if you need a gift by a date that falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it needs to be shipped to arrive on Friday.

Packages within Franklin County will be delivered by local courier. The cost is $12.00. Orders must be received by 10:00 AM EST to be delivered the same day.

All other deliveries will be made by UPS. Only deliveries within the United States can be made at this time. We are unable to deliver to APO and FPO addresses. We do not deliver to patients in hospitals outside of Columbus, Ohio.
Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of the package.
(Please Note: An incorrect shipping address will result in a $5.00 address correction fee.)
