"Please be aware that when you order this bouquet, it does not look like the picture. When you attempt to contact customer service they want to blame you as not knowing what you ordered. Instead of taking responsibility for the presentation of a cookie bouquet they want you to feel as if it’s your fault. I ordered a smaller bouquet but the box that it came in was too big. It looked like white castle boxes tucked into one giant box. There was two sheets of tissue paper in the back of the cookie bouquet and the front was empty. The cookies were also individually wrapped which made the cookies look very cheap. I contacted customer service not about the delivery, the delivery was fine. I contacted them about the presentation. They have taken down one review and claimed I am reviewing the wrong product. I would definitely take a pass from ordering any product from cookie bouquet."
