They communicated with me about my order and made sure everything was correct. It was reassuring to know that they sincerely cared not only about me as a customer but about their final product. "I ordered for my mom for Mother’s Day. First time ordering. Even though coved 19 was interfering with business, they arrived right on time. Unfortunately they were stolen, but fortunately they were found missing a couple of cookies. Cookie Bouquet was helpful all the way. When mom received bouquet her and her friends just oohed and ahhed. Mom is 98 and in lockdown so it was perfect to have photos of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We could not be there but we came to her in a different form. Thank you Cookie Bouquet."
