"I ordered the Over the Hill cookie bouquet for my best friend’s 50th birthday. You only turn 50 once and I needed something special. I wanted to surprise her at the hotel/spa her partner was taking her to. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday and I annotated that the delivery address was a hotel. I spoke to the hotel staff so that they were expecting it. I got no communication from Cookie Bouquet but got an email from FedEx on Saturday saying it would be delivered on Monday. After they checked out. I called and tried to have it re delivered to her house but that was unsuccessful. So I spent a lot of money on a gift she never received. I don’t know what it looked like or how the cookies tasted. While all of the issues are not completely the fault of Cookie Bouquets, it could have easily been helped with a simple phone call. I wish I could give them a 5 star review but I can only tell you that the delivery wasn’t on time and no effort was made to help."

"I ordered two cookie bouquets, one for our daughter and one for our son. I received a tracking from Fed-Ex with a date later than expected. I contacted Cookie Bouquets and received a quick response. Chip addressed my concerned and assured me they were scheduled for on time delivery. Both were delivered on time and cookies were cute and delicious. Thank you Chip for your great service. Will be ordering again."
