It was Thursday night, and I wanted the gift to arrive (cross-country) by Monday. It was after hours, so I called customer service and left a message. My call was returned first thing the following morning by a courteous and pleasant employee, who assured me that she would change the order to overnight shipping. I immediately received a revised receipt and the delivery occurred on time. The bouquet looked great and was a hit! I have ordered these bouquets a few times in the past and was always satisfied with the product and service, but was particularly pleased this time since I needed to speak with a representative of the company, and it was not a hassle to get to a live person. I highly recommend Cookie Bouquets!"
