Pissed off about the delivery!
"I sent this to my great niece. The cookie bouquet itself was nice, she said the cookies were good. That is not my issue. My issue is the way it was delivered. It was not given to anyone. The door was not knocked on or doorbell rang. They have a ring camera so it would have shown up. The cookie bouquet was just left on the step at the door inside the garage. Nobody knew it was there until they went to step out of the house. What if a neighborhood dog, a racoon or any neighbor had walked into the garage and it had disappeared? I spent a lot of money on that and I was very upset to find out that it was left in the heat to be "found" and not given to anyone. My nephew works from home, the garage door was open and he said nobody knocked or rang a doorbell. I will never use you again!!! So unprofessional. I am pissed I payed a delivery charge for it to be left in the heat on a step in the garage which I find totally unacceptable!!"

"Cookies arrived just when she came home from Doctor's office. Quite a nice surprise for her. Cookie Bouquets let me change out some cookies for others. So glad I could do that so would be more to my Niece and family's taste."

Extremely Disappointed
"The box is a great idea. The butterflies were a beautiful surprise, but the cupcake was awful. No flavor, too small and way too expensive for what you get. Would not recommend this to anyone."
