"If you are ordering all through the website it's great! But I wasn't happy with my bulk order that I was told should be completed through email for ease. There was a miscommunication but my emails hardly got replied to and when I called I didn't feel like my order was cared about (I was speaking with the same person through email and phone). The customer service was just not warm or caring."
