"I ordered two identical cookie bouquets on the same day with the understanding they would be delivered on Valentines Day. One arrived on VD but the other was delivered THREE days late. Customers should be made aware before placing an order that the delivery dates aren’t guaranteed. My aunt was gracious and said she was happy to receive the cookies belatedly. I hope they were fresh. . ."
