"Customer service over the phone was great! They were able to accommodate my request and delivery was right on time. Since my purchase was out of state and had to be shipped I sadly opened my package to discover two broken cookies. It wouldn't have been too big a deal if it were just one of the flavored cookies but it was the two main display cookies that had my special messages to my boyfriend for our anniversary. I know this had to have been during shipping and no fault of the companies but perhaps some "fragile" stickers or tape on the box will help the shipping handlers be more careful. Otherwise the craftmanship and details on the decorative cookies was great! Thank you all again"
