I’ve ordered from Cookie Bouquet
"I’ve ordered from Cookie Bouquet in the past and was always very happy. The cookies and arrangement in my recent order were good, but the delivery was not. I ordered on a Friday morning with a same day delivery. Shortly after I ordered it, I received an email stating it would be coming the next day, Saturday, between 2-6. That was fine and I had no issue with that at all. I let the mother of the recipient know it was coming and she stayed home between those hours, but it was never delivered. I tried calling but the recording said they wouldn’t be opened until Monday morning. So I sent an email but got no reply. The cookies still did not come on Sunday , so I contacted UPS and was told there was a technical problem and that they had no idea where the order was or when it would be delivered. I sent another email to Cookie Bouquet requesting a cancellation , but got no reply. Finally on Monday I received an email saying it was on a truck and would be delivered between 2-6 that day, which it was. I certainly understand problems occur that can’t be helped. But I don’t understand why I was left hanging with no one sending me a quick email to let me know what was going on. This was very unfair and I am sad to say I won’t be ordering from Cookie Bouquet again because I’ve lost trust in them."
