Nice cookie bouquet, poor delivery
"I placed this order online for my wife and set it for delivery on Valentines day. Their website seemed a bit wonky but I worked with it long enough to get the order placed. When Valentines day came, I received a shipping notice from Fed Ex saying my delivery would be made on the 19th but might be early on the 17th. This is clearly 3 days after Valentines Day. I called Cookie Bouquets and they indicated that my order showed a "future delivery" date of November 2027. I would have guessed that when this was seen, someone should have immediately called me to confirm the correct date for delivery. Had I not called, I would never have known of this mistake. I also received no offer of any sort of discount even though it was 3 days late. Likely won't order from here again."

Nice Gift, but a little too sweet
"I sent 2 bouquets to my son's, both arrived a day later than I was told. The cookies were good, but both said they were really sweet, couldn't eat an entire cookie at one time because too much sweetness."

Great Cookies & Awesome Customer Service
"I placed a business order for 240 cookies with our company logo on the week of Valentine's Day. Not only were they able to accommodate my short notice but they also individually packaged the cookies and placed them into 40 white boxes with a cute ribbon. The cookies tasted wonderful. Sometimes custom cookies are dry or have a hard consistency but these tasted fresh & soft! When I picked up my order, we had just received a bunch of snow that morning and they were helpful in helping me load the order into my vehicle. It really was a seamless process. Thank you!"
