"I've ordered several times and the cookies are always beautiful and tasty; but they have yet to actually arrive on the day I pick and i order weeks in advance. When you're 8 or 9 years old, late birthday cookies are a big deal."

"The cookie bouquets looked great. You need to work on your delivery specification dates. The last two orders I placed were both delivered late. One was a day late and one was 3 days late. I will not continue to order if you can not deliver on time."
