"These were the fourth and fifth cookie bouquets I have sent, and they never fail to amaze and please my recipients. They report that the bouquets always come well packaged, are delivered on time and taste wonderful. I wish someone would send me one so I could taste the cookies! These are a great idea for celebrating special events or just letting someone know that you care about them!"

"My Daughter and her Family loved the bouquet, but it was a week late. We received a message that it was shipped 4 days before Valentine's Day, but it never arrived at our Daughter's home. I emailed and left a VM message with no response. I finally reached someone 3 days after Valentine's Day. They didn't know what happened to the original order. They did remake the order and it arrived a week late. My biggest concern is that we were unable to contact someone about this. No one replied to my email or phone message."
